Late Arrival

We have a 15-minute grace period policy, after 15 minutes you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment and have to reschedule.

Please keep in mind arriving late may require the salon to shorten the length of your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other guests, however, a full charge will still apply. Not all appointments will be able to be offered at a shorter duration and in this event, you will be charged 50% for the missed appointment.

Late Cancellations / No shows

We charge a 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations less than 48 hours. NO CALL/NO SHOWS will increase to 100% of the scheduled service fee. If you need to cancel before the 48 hour window and we are closed please leave a voicemail 470-263-6309 or email us at johannaclarkhair@gmail.com to avoid a fee.

Client satisfaction

In the event that your hair is not right or what you expected we will gladly offer you a retouch appointment. Retouch appointments are scheduled like regular appointments and offered at no charge. You must contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment and your retouch appointment must be scheduled within 14 days of your original appointment. Your appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service. Our stylists are committed to your satisfaction and cannot get time or product back for services rendered, therefore, no refunds are given for services.

Personal Belongings Disclaimer

Salons can be messy, and accidents happen. We try our best to protect your clothing, accessories, etc. but things can still happen. We ask that you leave your favorite clothes at home or opt to change into a smock. Johanna Clark hair and its stylist assume no responsibility for damages done to personal items.

We are not held responsible for any personal belongings left in our salon. If you believe you left something, please contact us immediately. We will check cameras and hold anything safely for you for one week.

***We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if they are overly late, do not respect salon policies, are rude, disrespectful or create a negative work environment***
